When you arrive at the branch you will be greeted by our reception team.
A Customer Service Representative will look after you from this point. They will give you a full demonstration of your Motorhomes and complete the paper work with you.
This processs will take about one hour to complete.

Fill out our online pre-registration form to save time! By providing us with your details in advance our branch staff can process your vehicle faster allowing you to get on the road with minimum wait time. You can do this via the link at the bottom of your email confirmation or by visiting our Pre-arrival registration page.
To familiarise yourself with the Rental Agreement, the document is available at the bottom of the page for you to download. The Customer Service Team will be happy to answer any questions you may have before you depart in your motorhome or rental car.
