Welcome to one of the most spectacular destinations in the world! As soon as you land in Queenstown airport,, make your way to the maui, Britz, Backpacker, Explore More airport desk. From there our crew will arrange for a shuttle bus to take you to the new branch - only a few minutes away where our team will be waiting to assist your campervan hire needs.

Our motorhome & car rental Queenstown branch team know our campervans inside and out. On arrival at the branch, they will get you on the road as quick as they can whilst making sure are comfortable with the information you need to know for campervan hire in New Zealand. There will be some documentation to go through, and if you wish you can familiarise yourself with the rental agreement  by downloading it prior to arriving in New Zealand. You will also be given a Travel Wallet that has a travel guide to New Zealand, maps and handy information such as where you can stay and how to dispose of your waste.

Although you may be staying in the Queenstown area, our knowledgeable staff can recommend the easiest way to get to your next destination. Perhaps you want to discover Wanaka or Arrowtown or Cromwell, it’s all right on your doorstep. We have GPS units for hire which you may find handy for your holiday.

The fun part of course is getting to see your motorhome and hitting the road! If it is the first time you have hired a camper there’s no need to worry as our expert team are here to show you how to operate your specific campervan. And we’ve also prepared DVDs that walk you through all the functions of the camper van from how to operate the gas to making up the beds. If you’re travelling in a motorhome with a DVD player, grab a copy so its there if you need to remind yourself about some details. Or of course, you can call us anytime 24/7.

Before you drop off your motorhome, there’s a Shell station a short distance from the airport which you can use to fill up with diesel or petrol. At our Queenstown branch, if you have selected the maui premium package, you can also take advantage of our Express Return service – all you have to do is drop the keys off at the dedicated desk and you can set off on your way with the minimum of fuss.
